By accessing or ordering from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which govern all restaurant and food delivery services provided through this platform in accordance with Pakistan’s Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, the Consumer Protection Act, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, and all applicable food safety regulations. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include relevant taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update our menu, pricing, ingredients, or offerings at any time without prior notice. Orders are considered confirmed only once you receive a digital confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to unavailability, technical errors, safety concerns, or any other reason deemed necessary. Delivery is offered based on your location, and free delivery is only available within a 5-kilometre radius of our kitchen or designated dispatch point; orders outside this range will incur standard delivery charges. Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information; failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in order cancellation without refund. For takeaway or delivery orders, you are responsible for inspecting your food upon receipt. We are not liable for any damages or loss of quality after the food has left our premises. Once an order is handed over to third-party services such as Foodpanda or others, we are not responsible for delays, errors, missing items, or payment issues arising from those platforms. Orders will only be fulfilled upon successful payment; we are not liable for incorrect or failed payments made by the customer. Any customer responsible for property damage, order abuse, non-payment, or fraudulent behavior will be held fully accountable. Claims regarding food quality or accuracy must be submitted promptly and with valid proof; delays or incomplete claims may not be entertained. We do not accept returns on delivered meals; however, if your order is incomplete, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, you must notify us immediately—delays may void eligibility for a resolution. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or partial refund following internal review. While allergen and dietary information is provided to the best of our knowledge, cross-contamination may occur; customers with severe allergies must consult us prior to placing an order. Payments can be made via cash on delivery or digital platforms (where available). Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed through the original payment method. All content on our website—including images, menus, branding, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of our restaurant and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Any misuse of our website, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorized access attempts will be subject to legal action under applicable cybercrime laws in Pakistan.
